Last year, the Supreme Court ruled, in SFFA v Harvard, that race-based affirmative action in university admissions violated the Constitution's Equal Protection Clause. Data for the post-affirmative-action collegiate world is starting to roll in.
MIT reported that its minority enrollment decreased from 26% to 16%. Black enrollment dropped from 15% to 5%, and Latino enrollment dropped from 16% to 11%.
Buuuuuuut... white enrollment dropped from 38% to 37%.
So, what gives?
