Dorothy Dunnett, imho the finest writer of historical fiction ever, has one of the two primary characters use the word in the last book of her 6 book series. It is βcavillationβ and it is oh so apropos to this insane world we find ourselves inβ¦.Iβm using it quite frequently in fact.
