Lest we throw babies out with the bathwater, there ARE things we're evolved for where the "modern lifestyle" will result in poor health. Easy calories (in disproportionate quantity), lack of exercise, overly protected immune systems - you get the picture. "Natural" doesn't mean "better" but we should keep an eye to the states through which we evolved to the present moment. We got here somehow!

I’ve seen food products with labels touting that they consist of ingredients you can actually pronounce. Most people would apparently prefer to drink a beverage made with water versus dihydrogen monoxide. 🤨

I don’t think every advancement is bad. I do however think sugars, starches and bad fats are making Americans the chunkiest population on the planet.
