Boston Mayor Michelle Wu, engaging in the signature one-upmanship of modern progressivism, recently opined that certain crimes should not be treated as crimes by the city's justice system.

These include:

• Shoplifting

• Disorderly Conduct

• Receiving Stolen Property

• Driving With A Suspended License

• Breaking And Entering Of Property

• Wanton and Malicious Destruction Of Property

• Minors In Possession Of Alcohol

• Drug Possession - Marijuana and Non-Marijuana

• Drug Distribution - Marijuana and Non-Marijuana

She also reportedly supports shuttering the Boston Police Department's gang database.

The one crime she's all for acting on, despite the fifth item on the above list? She wants to fire any Boston police officer who participated in the January 6 capitol riot.
