Thank you for this informative, getting-at-the-nitty-gritty, article. Not enuf can be said to counter the climate hoax narrative out there.

The best time to plant a tree was ten years ago. The next best time is today.

“ Research into air bubbles trapped in ice indicates that carbon levels have never been this high.”. Never, except for all the time before the 1 million years that the cited study covers. The more important implication is that CO2 appears to be linked with the human-viable inter-ice age periods extending from 40,000 years to 100,000 years. Arguably a preferred outcome.

Air pollution is a “commons” issue. You wouldn’t dump trash on your neighbor’s lawn (at least while he’s looking) but nobody “owns” the atmosphere.

If I’m running a coal-fired power plant I’m not going to spend the money to switch to gas or nuclear unless the government, the default “owner” of the atmosphere, either requires or incentivizes me to do so.

Well air pollution is a separate topic, and you cannot really call CO2 a "pollutant". Nonetheless, if a factory or anybody dumped pollutants into the air (or water), you SHOULD be able to sue them.

Huh? CO2 as well as “traditional” pollutants are emitted from billions of cars and homes worldwide as well as many thousands of industrial facilities. Who sues who? (or whom?)
