I understand the idea of going after all universities equally, but we know where the egregious offenders are. Harvard is the face of it, because it's always been a model for other universities and its a hub for elitists. You go after the head of this monster, and the body dies.
DOJ and law enforcement often go after the egregious offenders as a test case. Even just to set an example, as they do with DUI cases or drug trafficking. I agree legislation and policy should set the ideal and not single out any institution by name, but where have they done that? The standard is anti-semitism and links to terrorist organizations.

Government isn't supposed to work that way. Laws, if they are to mean anything, should be applied evenly.
